Finding a partner in Forsler

Skovdyrkerne wanted to offer their members a digital forest map on their member portal, “MinSkov”. Instead of developing everything internally, they chose to partner with Forsler.

"We've invested significant resources in developing our member portal. Rather than developing everything ourselves, we looked for a partner who could deliver user-friendly features and provide high value for forest owners. We found that in Forsler," says Lars Muldbak, CEO at Skovdyrkerne Øerne.

While Skovdyrkerne was new to digital solutions, they were ready to implement a more modern approach and add greater value to their forest owners' membership.

Using the digital forest map, owners can easily add digital notes to their own map, measure distances, view inventory lists, and benefit from various other features designed to make their daily work as forest owners easier.

Additionally, the forest map is accessible on mobile, computer and tablet, giving forest owners the flexibility and mobility to work with their forest resources without limitations.

One year later - a successful collaboration

More than a year has passed since the start of the collaboration and implementation of the digital forest map and it's all running smoothly.

"The systems are set up and the features work. The only access requirement is registration on our member portal. Of course, there must also be an existing digital forest map that we manage," explains Lars Muldbak.

When asked what they thought about the collaboration, the response from Skovdyrkerne was quite clear.

"Our primary goal was to ensure our members could get digital access to the forest maps we manage, while offering user-friendly and useful features that could help our forest owners in their daily work. We found it crucial that our partner could deliver features that were easy to use while providing high value for our members.

This is exactly what we found with Forsler, and it's positive to see how their solution meets our requirements for user-friendliness and value creation for our members," says Lars Muldbak.

Final thoughts on the partnership

"The collaboration has worked well and efficiently. The two important factors for Skovdyrkerne when choosing a partner are credibility and reliability. We also place great emphasis on building trust, where both parties rely on each other's expertise.

Furthermore, it's essential for us that they fit into our corporate culture and understand and respect our values. Forsler has met our expectations in these areas. Their credibility and reliability have been outstanding, and they have managed to build a trustworthy collaboration with us.

They have shown a good understanding of our culture and values, and their product has been easy to use, and our users have had a trouble-free experience with Forsler. We are very satisfied with the collaboration and the results Forsler has delivered," concludes Lars Muldbak.
